Dr. Fanciullo has practiced in Sioux Falls since 1997, specializing in rheumatic and arthritic conditions. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology and a Certified Bone Densitometrist.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical School, Dr. Fanciullo completed an internal medicine residency and a fellowship in rheumatology at the University of Wisconsin.
